Screening of high-yield fodder yeast strain by microwave irradiation mutation 微波诱变选育蛋白饲料酵母高产菌株
Research results revealed that utilization of valonea extract residues for production of fodder yeast is basically feasible by means of acid hydrolysis in respect of technique. The production cost is economically near to that from other kinds of raw material used in hydrolysis industry. 研究结果表明,橡木宛栲胶渣用酸水解法生产饲料酵母在技术上是基本可行的,在经济上与其它水解工业原料生产的产品成本是相近的。
In order to reduce the serious environmental pollution from fiberboard production by wet process, utilization of fiberboard wastewater for production of fodder yeast was studied. 为了减轻湿法纤维板生产废水对环境的严重污染,进行了利用其废水生产饲料酵母的研究。
Results showed that a ton of fodder yeast powder and 20 tons of water-reducing agent were produced from 80 m~ 3 of the alcohol stillage and at the same time, its pollution problem was thoroughly solved. 结果表明,80m~3该酒精废液可产1t饲料酵母粉和20t液体减水剂,并彻底解决了它的污染。
